Service Flow

  2. Pick-up of device at Airport Counters
  3. Start using the device
  4. When you leave Japan, return the device at Airport Counters

Please make reservations by 5pm (Japan Standard Time) of the day before your desired pick-up date (For Takamatsu Airport only, it must be 5pm 3 days before).
Courier delivery to Hokkaido, northern Tohoku area, Wakayama, Chugoku area, Shikoku area, and Kyushu area:
Please make reservations by 5 pm of 2 days before your desired pick-up date.
After the deadline, please book at airport counters.
When picking up your device at the airport counter, please present your application confirmation and personal identification (such as a passport or driver's license).
