Announcement of Airport Counter at New Chitose Airport reopening

has resumed back its service.
The Airport Counter was affected by the recent earthquake in Hokkaido,
which has caused the entire airport,
including its shops and service to be closed temporarily.

■For new reservations, Same day application customers, and current customers returning
　at New Chitose Airport Counter.
　You can make new reservation, book Same day application, and return to the airport counter
　as usual.

■Customers who are planning to pick-up their service via delivery Transportation in and around
　Hokkaido is still affected by the damages caused by the earthquake.
　There will be a possibility that this will affect the packages to be delivered later than scheduled.
　Due to this reason we highly suggest you to book in advance.
