Notice of temporary shutdown for Certain Airport Counters and Operation Hours for Customer Support Service

In response to the outbreak of coronavirus, we have decided to temporarily close for certain airport counters. In addition, we will change the operation hours for our 24/7 customer support service.

As of April 1st, 2020, airport counters mentioned below have temporarily closed.

In response to the health concerns due to the outbreak of coronavirus, we may temporarily close or shorten business hours for other airport counters at any time. In such case, we will make announcement to notice our customers.
