Online order deadline will be extended

As of March 1, 2016, online order deadline for Mobile Wi-Fi routers and Mobile phones ("Telecom Wi-Fi", "Telecom Phone") will be extended from 3 pm to 5 pm of 1 day before your desired pick-up date.

Telecom Square has always been striving to improve the service for our customers.
Your continuous patronage will be greatly appreciated.

Online order deadline will be extended as follows.

• Up to Feb. 29, 2016 until 3 pm of 1 day before your desired pick-up date
• As of March 1, 2016 until 5 pm of 1 day before your desired pick-up date

For the following customers, the deadline is 5 pm of 2 days before the desired pick-up date.

• For customers who want courier delivery to Hokkaido, northern Tohoku area, Wakayama, Chugoku area, Shikoku area, and Kyushu area.
• For customers of late night/early morning flights(those departing between midnight and 6:30 am)

About change of order content after 3 pm

The content of order can be changed until 3 pm of 1 day before your desired pick-up date.
Please make sure that change after 3 pm is unavailable. If you want to change your order after 3 pm, please cancel the last order and place an order again. In this case, cancel charge will take place.
