Airport Counters
You can pick up devices you booked, and return them after use, at major Japanese airports.
We have counters at major airports in Japan, and all of them are operated by professional staff and guide you kindly.
For returning the device, you can simply drop off the device into the return box located at our counters. The Return Box is open at any time, in case you are in a hurry.

- Customers who transfer from domestic need to go out of the international departure lobby once.
Please pick up before immigration inspection. - The name of the cardholder must be the same as the applicant's or user's name.
We check the credit of customers' credit cards at the time of application.
